“Hubzu is easy to use and it is clear what is being bid. Closing process is fairly easy as well if you follow the process. Just be prepared. If you call for any information,the people working it have heavy accents.”

“It isn't just the fake bidders. Then they put the house back up for auction after someone gets the house because they have multiple liens that were never cleared up. So they can't sell the house legitimately. Never respond with what is going on even with the winning bidder. The law firms are the ones that should also get a 1 or zero review if they can't clear a lien off in 2 months.”

“Totally irresponsible! My account was locked for no reason and, when I contacted Hubzu through Chat, telephone, and e-mail, I couldn't reach anyone to fix the problem. One agent said that someone will be sending me an e-mail so I can send in a picture of my ID; but it never happened. When I called on the fourth day, I couldn't even leave a message because someone's mailbox is full.”

“The opportunity of making your own decisions during the process of purchasing a property is very thoughtful , I'm sure my next property purchase in Hubzu will be even easier since the process is easy to learn right from the beginning and there is a support team, personally I will buy another property from hubzu as soon as I can”
