“they are terribly slow I'm processing paperwork but they're quick to take your money and then cancel and back out of the contract according to them the property gets taken back by Hud which happens a lot they are quick to put deadlines on you and if you do not meet the requirements they will penalize you but if it's the other way around nothing happens.”

“The starting bid continues to drop week after week. I’ve been the winning bidder twice. Waste of time and energy having the starting bid so far off of the reserve. The banks that own these foreclosures don’t know what they are worth here on Maui. Hubby has been listing this same house 911 Olioli street in Makawao Maui for almost a year.”
