I like the idea you can speak with the listing agent of Hubzu. They walk you through the process. All questions are answered and explained in detail.

HUD using you as a variety of properties for auction . If any event you do win the auction and do not meet the minimum reserve in most cases the seller will contact with the counter offer . Ability to speak to A2B Av U and their customer service is almost nonexistent !

Only negative was the listing agent (not Hubzu agent) never once answered her phone and her vmail was full. Will def be using Hubzu again!
