“Not at all as pictured, colors are way off. This is not cream, it's a muddy brown or muddy brown green depending on the light. Flowers just muddy, no nice colors. No backing, no cush. Waste of money.”

“The item I ordered is certainly NOT worth the $100.00 plus I paid for. The item is NOT thick enough nor has a stable body support to remain in one place. Very disappointed ! This is what happens when one gives others the opportunity to bring their items into one’s home . Only to be taken for a ride / scammed out of money !”

“I'm sorry to say, as I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, that this was highly disappointing. If I had the time to pack it up and send it back I would. I received 2, not a set of three and the galvanized pots were so terrible looking with brownish rings around them.”

“Terrible, misleading photos. I was charged an arm and a leg for essentially a super-thin mat. I thought I was getting sticker floor tiles. We will return this mat and I will tell everyone to not buy from here. This is a scam.”

“The vinyl rug I received was not consistent with the photos advertised. It was much brighter online and when I received it it was fake aged and dull. Returned with an $80 shipping fee.”

“For an online-only company, their customer service is very unreasonable! I purchased a vinyl rug, a standard size. They state that custom orders are not returnable, okay that is reasonable, the rug I ordered was one of their standard sizes, however, what they do not state is that ALL orders are custom. So when the rug arrived and the color did not match my decor, I thought I would exchange it for another. Their arrogant customer service staff made an exception to take it back, which includes jumping through all of their hoops to do so, it cost me $60 to ship it back, and when they refunded me, they deducted $10 for shipping on their end as well! This company does not deserve to be in business and I will not order from them again.”

“The product was lovely but would not work for what I wanted/needed. However, I will never purchase from Hudson and Vine again. It cost me over $90.00 dollars to ship the products back and with a restocking fee, it cost me over $150.00 just to look at something in person. ridiculous”
