“I am not sure why it takes nearly a month to cut a couple of squares of vinyl flooring off a roll, or why they would be so expensive. I’ve requested a return approval but haven’t heard back yet so I’m pretty underwhelmed so far.”

“Is not a mat at all. Just a roll of vinyl. Not worth that kind of money! I could have gotten a whole room's worth for what I paid for a small piece. It has no cushion as a mat should have. And it's useless unless you purchase enough to do the whole room.”

“Please ‘show me’ where I was warned that different sizes would have different pattern scale. I had to pay $64 inorder to return this rug ….obviously, I will never purchase from company again!”

“Quality is great. Arrived without damage. I was in love with it online. In person, the white color is yellow. Not a little yellow, very yellow. I'm so sad. It looks horrible in the space I bought it for. And I don't have anywhere else it could go either.”

“Two things weren't clear about this: 1. It's not a "tough" product. You can't vacuum, wash it with standard kitchen floor soaps, pull chairs back and forth on it or wear spike heels on it. So, I can't use it. 2. The scale of the pattern changes depending on the size you buy, so I was expecting the larger scale based on the photo of feet standing on the pattern, but in real life the pattern was differently sized. Again, meaning I can't use it for the spot I wanted. Maybe this info was in the fine print, but it wasn't clear to me.”

“Was very expensive for a plastic rug. The description said 20x30 not feet or inches. I thought it was feet. Figured it out before it arrived. It’s fine and would have been a steal for 12 times the size. As it is, it’s a very pricy tiny rug. Had I known, I would have paid about 1/3 of what I did. Print is pretty though”

“I purchased a pvc floor mat for kitchen. Very disappointed. It still curls under a bit on both ends and doesn’t lay 100 percent flat after more than a week. I can’t believe I spent $90 on a piece of vinyl.”

“Overall the design of this mat is beautiful . Love the wood tone and the white washed/distressed look and quality. However, some areas are overdone to the point of looking dirty. It was on the floor for 10 minutes and my husband walked in and said “you got your new mat dirty already.””

“I ordered the small, medium, and large vases and they were exactly what I wanted, but the medium vase was missing the metal insert. The metal inserts were included in the other two sizes. Disappointing….”

“Color was not accurate in relation to what appeared online. Not impressed by quality in relation to price -- matt was quite thin and texture is not smooth but "sticky". We will have to live with it. Not sure I would recommend.”
