“I love the rug! I would have given the whole experience a 5 but Fedex delivery was a nightmare. For 5 days straight I was told I would receive it by the end of the day and it didn't arrive until 7 days later when I was out of town.”

“I was hoping the black would be darker pure black - its more of a dark grey. Otherwise this vinyl mat is well made with an attractive vintage tile design - just a bit more faded looking.”

“It took weeks to get get my mat I ordered. Well beyond the ship date they gave me when I placed my order. When I emailed them to see what was going on, my order shipped out the next day.”

“Finally received the Vintage Vinyl Floorcloths (Williamsburg - Floral Abigail) from Hudson and Vine. I love the floor covering material, but the color as compared to the website is very different. It is much darker, more of an amber/mustard color versus an antique ivory color. I understand it is not returnable, so I will get used to it. Ask for a sample, it will be worth your while. I love the material, lays flat and nice in my kitchen.”

“I received my carpet on good order and was happy with the product. Was displeased with the lack of customer support....couldn't even find a phone number. Sent an email and never received a response as I needed to redirect the shipment. Doubt I will order from them again. Felt like I was flying solo..”
