“I had ordered a Spicher and Company vinyl floor mat from another company and it took me over 6 weeks to receive it. I decided to order another one from Hudson and Vine - great customer service and I received the rug within a week!”

“As is always the case with Blue Pheasant, this is excellent quality. The bowl is large, heavy, and very attractive. The turquoise and navy splatter design is gorgeous. This is apparently glazed terracotta, so I don’t know if this would be good as a serving piece. You would definitely need to hand wash it. It is a knockout on a table setting alongside the Azul glasses with rattan sleeves from Blue Pleasant.”

“I took me a long time to go for the plunge and ordered a $150 shelf!!!! When I opened it I wasn’t too impressed it looked cheap but thought it’s ok. When I finally got around to putting in on my wall I was horrified. It was hideous. Bent, crooked and just made me want to cry. I immediately contacted customer service and within an hour they got back to me saying that they would look into it. 3 days later I had a full refund no questions ask. I was so impressed with the prompt response and actions taken. Thank you thank you thank you!!”

“For an online-only company, their customer service is very unreasonable! I purchased a vinyl rug, a standard size. They state that custom orders are not returnable, okay that is reasonable, the rug I ordered was one of their standard sizes, however, what they do not state is that ALL orders are custom. So when the rug arrived and the color did not match my decor, I thought I would exchange it for another. Their arrogant customer service staff made an exception to take it back, which includes jumping through all of their hoops to do so, it cost me $60 to ship it back, and when they refunded me, they deducted $10 for shipping on their end as well! This company does not deserve to be in business and I will not order from them again.”

“I purchased two larger mats for the kitchen and bathroom in the Bette Davis and Sophia Loren patterns. They are the same except Bette is primarily blue and Sophia is red. They are fabulous and I love them both. I also purchased a smaller front doormat. The product is a bit on the expensive side IMHO, however, the quality is great.”

“Loved the website, did not like the floorcloth. It looks very cheap and not worth the cost at all. I would never buy a Spicher floorcloth again as they look awful and do not take returns. Hudson & Vine should discontinue carrying Spicher.”

“I wanted a rug for my kitchen but not a traditional rug. The vinyl rug is perfect. It adds color and makes the floor, which I dislike very much, disappear. It is perfect.”
