“I love the concept and think it would be helpful to consumers to state the colors of the flooring. I was disappointed to see that the backgroundsd was green instead of creme. I was offered a discount of 15% rather than return it. If I knew the shipping charge I could make an informed decision.”

“One star for the nice design. Minus four stars for: A) a very muted dull color, absolutely nothing at all like the saturated colors in the picture on this website, and according to my husband who has been a professional printer for 25 years, poorly printed. B) the overcomplicated and expensive return system C) price for what one gets I'll be keeping it and using it in an area where it won't really be seen that much, just not to deal with the return process.”

“I wanted to LOVE the kitchen floor mat I purchased a few months ago. I was immediately disappointed because the entire boarder was discolored and looked dirty all the time. I kept it anyway because I really wanted the retro vibe it has. Today we picked it up to mop the kitchen and realized the white underside of the vinyl is leaving a light film on the floor. That’s it. I will no longer be using my Hudson & Vine vinyl mat and cannot recommend it to others.”

“Baskets are not a true Navy color. Needed to return the baskets and cost to return was more than 1/2 the cost of the baskets. Will not be ordering from this site again since return policy is not easy.”

“This is just solid vinyl with a painted patternon it. So the pattern will eventually wear off. It even says don't use a vacuum on it to protect it. Doesn't seem durable, defeats the point.”

“I have liked every vinyl floor that I have bought except this one. I had two smaller mats like this in my kitchen that I am using on my counter tops. This piece was going on the floor, and unfortunately it had a pink hue to it and did not match my other pieces.”

“everything is fine as long as you like the product. I did not . I thought the colors were not as bright as shown in the pictures. also the vinyl seemed very thin. returning a product is not easy. I did everything asked to return the product so I will see if my money is refunded. Also, out an additional $30.00 to send the mats back. with no guarantee I will be refunded.”

I processed a replacement. I also have been responsive. We did ship the original order and have proof with a photo of the delivery. Additionally, she did not include her apartment number in the shipping address.

“This planter/mail holder looks cheap and is poorly made. It looks like a 6th grader took some thin slabs of rough, unsanded, unpainted, unvarnished pine boards and nailed them together quickly without attention to lining things up and making sure the nails were firmly locked in place. Not attractive at all. I'm sending it back.”
