“I really appreciate the level of customer service provided. A few of the tapered candles had broken during transit and when I reached out to the company they were very accommodating and sent me replacements for the broken ones immediately. Would definitely purchase from here again :)”

“Postage was very quick, and while there was a problem with our delivery, at no fault of Southern Lights Co, there was no hesitation from their customer service team to follow up on our behalf for a missing package. Highly recommend their products and 100% happy with their service!”

“Great product, however on both our previous orders we have been short shipped. It would be great if the team picking the orders can take more care in double checking their orders before sending customers order to pick up the errors before the goods leave the warehouse.”

“I am a regular customer and love SLCCo… not only for their decorative candles, but at $20 each the various Chakra candles are a great item to keep stocked in my cupboard at home, I drop them around to friend's places when they need a little lift - given the various different scents for different purposes, they're received very gratefully as a thoughtful and appropriate gift.”
