“Having ordered candles for my mother’s funeral & believing the written information on the website regarding express delivery (an additional $50+), the candles arrived 5 days after the funeral! Very disappointing. Please adjust your advertising if COVID restrictions are to blame so others are not disappointed as I was. I am sure the actual candles are beautiful.”

We currently do have a pop-up banner on the website explaining how due to Covid lockdowns and restrictions both standard and express freight are experiencing delays however I have passed on your message to our team to look at improving this.
