“The only inconveniente is the collection. The system in btw complete the transaction and be available at the warehouse it is very slow, took + 1hour waiting. BUT people are very nice and friendly”

“Despite an error with my order which meant it was two weeks before I got it, I would rate this company as good. The day I rang to follow up, my order was sent out to me. I also made some of my own errors with the order, which were taken care of by Grace immediately. She also gave me a 15% discount on my next order. Thank you Grace!”

“I found Hugh Jordan whilst trying to source some crockery as a gift. The colour I was looking for didn’t seem to be available online but when I contacted the company the lady I spoke to went to great lengths to get the one I wanted up on the website. During the checkout process there was an issue with which countries were delivered to, but again when I rang the company they got the problem sorted out I no time. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. Really quick delivery. Only fault is the amount of packaging used for the order. It was overly excessive, the Huskee cups are an excellent sustainable product, it seems to be counter productive to have such extensive packaging for them. Great service though.”

“Lorraine was above and beyond helpful! We needed a last minuet order to very remote areas of Ireland and she made this happen for us. Our clients happily enjoyed their Irish coffees out of beautiful glassware on top of a mountain.”
