“Presentation was very good and fluent all the way. Maybe a little too fast for a novice to get it all, and, even though SSOW was discusssed in teh first half of the presentation as such, a quick recap - a couple of sentences as to what we understand under the terms SSOW, instead of starting to describe the four-way diagram or its critical components. Is there such a way to give it a short sentence meaning?? Many thanks.”

“Thanks for the webinar yesterday. The topic can be quite 'dry', but you pitched it just right with good examples to accompany the talk. Have shared the link with several of my colleagues - especially the ones who write SOPs in 'old-school' format. Interesting to see how AI and Human Factor guidelines are now making our lives and understanding of the topic easier. I would definitely be interested in taking part in other webinars of similar ilk.”

“Hello Ian, As always, thank you for the engaging and insightful webinar. I particularly like your approach of looking at a specific topic (in this case SSOW) and then expanding on the subject matter to include case studies and critical research. I was already a big fan of the 'Checklist Manifesto' but I had not come across Gary Klein before. I bought his book 'Seeing What Other's Don't' as a direct result of yesterday's webinar. Can I ask you a question please? In Gary Klein's 'Performance Improvements' model he describes the down arrow as 'errors' and the up arrows as 'insight'. Do you think there's a practical application for applying this to H&S behaviours to capture the 'insights' element? Or is it simply a case of providing a staff suggestions box to the construction site, where people can provide their insights? I think we have robust systems to capture errors, but I'm not so confident about the insight alement. Thank you once again for the webinar, whenever I see your invite, I always do my best to attend because I know it will be worthwhile. Kind regards, David”

“I was seeking training on the Building Safety Act and found Human Focus throigh a Google search. The online training was very well presented and fully met my requirements. Subsequently I was notiifed of the Do Your People Understand Your Safe Systems of Work? Webinar which covers an area of my responsibility, so I enrolled on this Webinar which I found to be very well presented. The items highlighted and discussed throughout this session gave me lots to consider and I will be keeping a close eye on future training opportunities through Human Focus.”
