“Poor shipping time. Order from them...they order from China...China ships it...It takes 3 weeks or more....No response to emails....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS “FAMILY OWNED” Canadian business!!! You can buy cheaper on Amazon. And customer service is better with Amazon, too. Only used this company because it had a nice “story”....it’s fake and I’ll never do business with them again.”
“I ordered two Guardian Angel votive candle holders on November 24th. Finally received the package today (12/18) and one of the angels is broken into
little pieces. I have tried to get to their website for help, but there does not seem to be any way to do that. Won't order from them again.”
“I have two outstanding orders with Humble Household that were ordered within the first week of December. I received confirmation of the orders from Humble Household, notification from PayPal that each order had been paid. I then received an email that each order had been shipped but have no tracking information showing where the products are at this time. This time being December 19th. If I do not receive up to date tracking information within the next 24 hours I will file a complaint with PayPal that perhaps Humble Household could possibly be a fraudulent company and to refund my payments.”
“I placed my order on Nov. 20th and still no merchandise. Tracking is useless. Order coming from China, but when I asked where they were (the company), I got a response that they were in North America. I will dispute the charges when my statement arrives.”

“On December 5th I ordered three pairs of guardian angel earrings for $32.83 and placed it on my credit card. They sent me a tracking number and when I traced the tracking number it showed that my package had been delivered to China! On December 11th! At 8:51 p.m. I sent three lengthy emails to humble household support and got no response! Then I called the better business bureauand shocker, the only address listed for them is in Panama! With no street address.So I guess at almost 78 years old I got ripped off! Do not order products from this company unless you want to lose your money!”
“My order too a month to arrive, and I mysteriously had my CC number stolen around the same time my order was placed .. luckily my CC company called me, but not until 17 transactions had been attempted... And 4 got through. Thankfully they canceled all of them for me and sent me a new card. My product arrived this week, and is ok.. super cheap but I didn't pay much for it.”
“I ordered two light up dreamcatchers which I ended up paying over $50 AUD for. They took over three weeks to arrive and when they finally did they were terrible quality - nothing like what was shown in the pictures. One was VERY small, whilst the other quite big (in the picture they were shown to be the same size). They are basic dreamcatchers worth maybe $5 at most and then spritely in the bag was some wired lights that you had to thread around the dreamcatcher yourself - one of which did not work even when the battery was replaced. Terrible service, terrible quality - a total rip off and scam”
“Not until after payment are you informed that your order will take 15-20 business days to arrive. Most companies would recognize that this is important information to know BEFORE you order - but, of course, scam companies count on you being too busy to cancel your order. Fortunately I was able to get a cancellation immediately (by threatening to contest the charge and contact the BBB). If I had come to this site first, I would never have given them my CC #.”
“I ordered Nov 1 and the tracking still says processing from China. Today is Dec 11th. I have sent several emails regarding this and still have no response. I think I was scammed by this company. Got to cancel payment on this today.”
