“I ordered the stretch container lids on Dec 3rd for Christmas. The were supposed to arrive in 12-15 days. Today, in response to an inquiry, I was told they will arrive in 15-20 days
That is not in time for Christmas.”

Contact information is ineffective, no phone information, no customer service to speak of. And after I finished my order I realized that it may take six weeks to get the package. “This company is a joke. I put in an order 11/19 and today is 12/11 with NO delivery yet. I keep checking the tracking info, last updated 11/26. I then had to call USPS to get an update and it apparently is "preparing for dispatch" today. ALMOST a month later. I will not ever be purchasing from here again.”

I received a generic response and tried contacting them again. 3 e-mails later, - silence. I never received an order confirmation, which made me quite suspicious, which lead me here. “Ordered the Rose of Jericho plants. The reviews indicate that they are great gifts, which led me to believe there would be some kind of package with instructions, etc.
They came in a plastic envelope with no other packaging, just dried out plants and dirt inside and on the outside of the envelope. I will try to update my review after attempting to bring these plants "back to life" as advertised.”
