‘Replacement Heads Compatible With Oral-B* Electric Toothbrush - 8 Pack’ I bought these from Humble Smile because they seemed like a good business with an interest in ethical products. However when I went to use the toothbrush head the bristles fell out in my mouth. I have since been given a refund however their was no mention as to whether they would be looking into this major fault in the product or not.”
