“The quality of plating and base material is extremely poor. The ring and necklaces I bought turned black within days of use. When contacting the company, they blamed the items turning black on some product I may have used and not on the quality (2 of the items I bought were given as presents so I haven't worn them personally and they turned black too!!! I was left extremely embarrassed...) I was offered no solution, reimbursement or anything. BEWARE. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT”
“This company let me down BIG time by sending out a product that was dangerous and unsatisfactory. Was told at first it was staff fault for not having proper training, then to be told it was they could not source the proper link....this was a supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband as we were away for weekend. Can't source the proper link so gave me returns label and apology, will not be using this Company any time soon.”
“Earrings I ordered for a birthday present are lovely however they didn't arrive in the gift box I had paid extra for and despite having emailed several times I have not had a response. Very disappointed and now I have to find and pay for an alternative gift box!”
