“Bought 6 dresses for my bridesmaids, and one dress for my going away outfit. I loved the style of the Grace dress, and was delighted when i came back in stock this season. The delivery was amazing - easy as pie. And I got to change my delivery day, as I wasn't in on the day they picked. Worked beautifully.
My concern was (as I hadn't ordered from Hybrid before) that the quality might not be very good. But they are stunning. I love them!”
“lovely quality dresses, but they came up very small, was very disappointed, have returned them today for a refund via Royal Mail Special delivery, very disappointed that you do not offer free returns or exchanges and therefore wouldn't order again, it cost me £8.50 to return both dresses today, plus you won't be refunding the original cost of delivery, I'm £12 out of pocket & still no dress !”

Thank you for reviewing our service. Unfortunately Hybrid sizes do tend to fit a little smaller than average and we would also advise choosing a size up.

Unfortunately this would have been our couriers choice. We send our parcels through a signed for service, so your neighbours would have signed for your parcel. Regrettably our courier can not leave a parcel on the door step without a signature.
