“This is the 2nd time i have ordered from Hybrid and both times my order has been delayed the first order took nearly a week to arrive and am still waiting on delivery of the order i placed last week. Love the dresses when they arrive but the delivery times are not great.”

“I have always been satisfied with your service although sometimes I would prefer you to send the parcel to me here in Cyprus instead of me arranging to have it sent to my daughter's house in the UK. The clothes have always been made to a high standard, and I have been buying from you for some three years now with complete satisfaction. I do try to purchase around the time I visit the UK so it does meet my expectations.”
“The colour of the side panels wasn't quite what I was expecting. I thought it would match the lace and trim (the colours of which are true to the picture), but the panels were more of "tiffany" blue.
The cut was nice but it was a bit low at the front for me and came a bit small, I would definitely have to go up a size to feel comfortable eating as well!”
“Very Poor customer service. Ordered a dress for next day delivery. Emailed to say a mistake in stock levels and then didnt have the manners to let me know what was our next step.... Awful customer service”
