Unfortunately we did not receive your original email. As your order was placed after 1pm on the 15th February, it was dispatched on the 16th February. Orders to Republic of Ireland take two working days to reach you and we can see your order was delivered yesterday on the 18th.

We have noticed that you have ordered a dress from our new Spring/Summer 2016 collection. We have taken on board customer comments and we have started to make all new style dresses true to size. We would now advise choosing your normal UK dress size if you are purchasing a dress from the SS16 collection, however if you are ordering a dress from previous seasons, we would advise choosing a size larger.
