“Saw the dress & immediately ordered. I'm usually a size 10, but for comfort ordered a 12. Upon arrival the dress looked stunning; classic & stylish. Unfortunately however I've had to return it....the dress fitted almost everywhere perfectly apart from the arm hole areas on both sides; absolutely huge!!! Big gaps on both sides which as a result made the top part of the dress look odd. With a heavy heart this is being sent back.

We are so sorry you are not pleased with the fit of the dress. The current Hybrid season is now being made to a standard UK size, so the sizing should be a lot more accurate than previous seasons, so we apologise you are not happy with yours.

We can see that your order was placed after 1pm on the 8th May so the order was dispatched on the 9th May. Orders to Northern Ireland are sent through Royal Mail so will take approximately 2-3 working days to reach you.
In our terms and conditions, we do state that unfortunately due to unforeseen courier arrangements Northern Ireland are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service.

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the sizing of the dress or the quality. Our sizes are now being made to the standard UK sizing, so we are unsure why yours is coming up slightly bigger. We also use the highest quality fabric we can source, so we apologise you are not happy with this.
