“Quick delivery, but not happy paying for returns, had to pay over £6 to try on 3 dress, and only liked one of them, and that didn't fit. Have returned it to be replaced, and if it doesn't look right, will have to pay again to return.
Think returns need to be free!!!”

“Ordered a size 16. Loved the dress, however the top of the dress was too tight. The next size up would have been too big around the bottom. A shame that I'm having to return it.”
“It would help if the dress ever arrived! Last Wednesday I ordered a dress and pacifically chose the next day delivery, it is now Monday and still no sign of the dress (someone has been home at all times from the dress was ordered to receive it). An email was sent last Thursday to say the dress has been dispatched.”
