“I had ordered a dress online for a wedding which appeared to be in stock. I got an email a few days later to say it was out of stock. They were kind enough to offer me a 15% discount off my next offer but was too late to order another dress for the wedding”

As the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, next working day delivery does not apply, this is stated on our delivery details on our website. For next working day delivery to Northern Ireland, delivery costs £14.95.

“My order came within a couple of days and I was kept up to date throughout the process. When the item arrived it did not match an outfit I was putting together, the colour looked different to that on-line. I sent it back on Tuesday and by the Wednesday I had received an e-mail saying that the refund had been processed. Even though I did not keep the item this time I will definitely use this site again. Very good customer service all from start to finish. :-)))”
