I made my first purchase last week and ordered two dresses, unfortunately one of them ended up being out of stock but the customer service was wonderful, I was emailed to advise and asked how I wished them to proceed with the order rather than them making an assumption.
The dress arrived and it is of a wonderful quality. I was so happy with it that I put another order through for the same dress in black.”

I only have on small pinch: Hybrid loves zippers. But on my latest purchase, a dress with aztec print, the zipper went down over my behind, giving the dress a funny and not flattering bump. Så I'll have to return it. So: If you have a bit of behind, look close at the zippers of the dresses you're looking at.”
