“Amazing product. Trustworthy and durable water bottles with a good drinking nozzle. It is secure and doesn’t allow any water to leak. It may be a slight overcharge for a water bottle but hydratem8 definitely deliver on quality and value for money. All in all great gift would highly recommend to invest your money into this product 👌🏽”

“The bottle is ok, although not what I was expecting and certainly not worth its price. The bottle leaks if it's not kept completely upright so I can't have it in a bag as it would make everything in my bag wet. The bottle also leaks if I tip it too much when drinking from it.”

“The colour that arrived was nothing like the colour I ordered. It was supposed to be bright coral. A dusty rose pink is what came. As I had paid extra to personalize it customer services refused to refund or replace. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.”

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. We try to show the colour as best as possible on our website by using a mixture of lifestyle and product shots - we do not advise basing your decision solely on the name of the product as people may have different ideas on the colour. Some colours can appear differently depending on lighting and computer monitor settings. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items as stated in our terms and conditions. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

“I use them everyday, I have one for work and one for home, also some spares!!! My sons use them at school and have 2 each as does my husband!! So 8 currently in use, fabulous product 🤗”

“Love hydrateM8 products - they were recommended by a friend and the whole family now have water bottles, tracker bottles, coffee cups and I have a food pot - all lovely - would be handy if they sold the tops of the trackers separately.”

“Amazing products and real fast delivery. I have 2 of these tracker water bottles as they're so easy to drink from and encourage me to drink water as I'm not great at drinking enough! I just ordered one for a friend because they're fab! If you're thinking about getting one.. Stop thinking as you won't regret it :)”

“I have ordered approximately 7 bottles so far (not all for me!) and I absolutely cannot fault the quality of these bottles nor the customer service throughout the order process. I have tried cheaper alternatives and they just cannot compare. In terms of service, faulty straw? New one sent in days. Wrong bottle sent? Error noted immediately, sincere apology and correct one sent again within days AND I was told to keep the incorrect one as an apology for the inconvenience! I must add that these are the only two occasions I have had to contact customer service and they have been fabulous. My only whinge is the delivery cost. It really would be better if this could be reduced slightly. Now please offer a rose gold one :)”
