“Having bought 2 bottles, delivery was very quick however 1 bottle leaked from the day it arrived. HydrateM8 sent a replacement bottle which was very good service.”

“Bottle was leaking and soaking everything in my bag after 2 weeks, sent video and complaint and did not receive a reply. Have now bought a Chillys bottle with zero leaks.”

“The straw broke within first week! Email sent and new straw was sent,unfortunately had an issue with this also but was contacted as a follow up and once situation was explained it was immediately resolved and replaced with a new lid. Couldnt thank hydratem8 enough.”

“Amazing service and amazing water bottles. My package was late and immediately I had a refund for shipping. Which was so kind and not necessary as it wasn’t extremely late. Customer service is first class.”
