“Products are always really good, when they sent the wrong colour out they replaced it free of charge the very next day, cannot fine any fault with them or their products.”

“Excellent bottles. Love that they come with a wee brush to clean the straw. Certainly help me to drink more fluids in the day. Have now ordered for the whole family and have one for my son for Christmas as he felt left out lol. Love them so Much I now have 3 bottle myself”

“Perfect response, small issue with them sending the wrong bottle but well informed and sent the correct bottle within a day of informing them of the wrong bottle. Love hydratem8 bottles will always have one with me wherever I go”

“First bottle was advertised on Black Friday incorrectly .... it had different wording on and different colour bottle. The replacement I ordered, was supposed to be blue, turns out it’s purple, and all this company have to say for themselves is it’s their signature colour like the boxes they send the bottles in..... I’m sure anyone that’s ordered one of these before will be able to tell you that the box is in fact purple and these guys are absolute idiots.”

“I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I bought 2 size water bottles and a food pot. They all clean beautifully and dont leave a residue or smell as I have found with other products I will be ordering more again very soon”
