“Love the products. However, quality not the usual standard. One of the bottles arrive with scratches on it which was disappointing.”

“I bought 3 of the hydratem8 bottles like the 1 hand release cap unfortunately 2 work great but one sticks and you need 2 hands still like my bottles”

“Good products, although disappointing that the first water bottle I bought has been discontinued and had great drinking cap which no longer seems to exist. The first one was dropped and broken. I wrote to customer services to ask a question but never got a reply.”

“Only issue I had is the address book had nit been updated for new addresses in a long time. My biyfriends address where I wanted it sent to supposedly didn't exist. I had to change it with the delivery company. Otherwise the products and delivery times were amazing and could not be faulted. HydrateM8 get your shipping system updated pronto!!”

“I like it but I am disappointed in the spring on the lid. Also not dishwasher proof which I knew before purchasing but all the same in today’s world. It’s kind of expected. Edit. The company contacted me. Arranged immediate replacement no quibble of the lid. Excellent service!!! I have lots of the products and with service like this I will continue to buy”

We are constantly looking into ways to improve our trackers however, we have found that putting them in the dishwasher can affect the print on the bottles. We are will certainly pass your feedback on to the team and we aim to continue the investigation into improving this.
