“Love the size and design for the food pots, taken them out into the hills twice now. After 6 hours pasta is still warm enough to eat but not hot. Keeps the fruit salad nice and cool. Love the folding spork and the system is completely leak proof.”

“Bought my yellow tracker bottle in the sale and it’s amazing! Currently breastfeeding a newborn so a big water bottle with a straw is essential! The best part- it comes with a straw cleaner! Not a fan of bottles with a straw usually because I think they’re unhygienic but this is perfect!!”

“I've been buying Hydratem8 bottles for a few years now, I've tried other top brands and some cheaper alternatives but none of them live up to Hydratem8. I have various types of bottle, I love the colours, the durability, the design. I'd happily recommend them.”

“I have so many bottles, plenty in stock for my family and gift them to people for birthdays. Everyone loves them! I don’t have to think about present ideas, they get a bottle and they’re so useful! They’re great quality, last for ages and are so useful! I love them! Thanks HydrateM8!”

“I ordered a bottle at the beginning of July and didn’t receive it weeks later so contacted HydrateM8 through the email address on their website twice but never got a reply. I eventually contacted them on Facebook to which they did reply and raised the issue with Royal Mail. It took another few days for anyone to get back to me but after a while was sent a new bottle which arrived quickly. Although it was a lengthy process, when I did get through to customer services my order was dealt with quickly, however would recommend messaging them on social media rather than emailing as I sent 2 emails which they supposedly never received even though I got a confirmation email that my email had been received.”

We aim to answer all of our emails by the end of the next working day at the very latest so this should have been resolved quicker.
