Hi Helen, Sorry to hear that the Active mouthpiece isn't quite right or you. We do also have our Hydration Tracker range available which has a spout and straw for easy sipping as opposed to an open-flow mouthpiece. We hope that this hasn't affected your use of the bottle and that you're noticing a difference in your fluid intake since using this!

“It looks nice and comes with a straw cleaner which is useful. It helps me drink more water now because the straw doesn’t feel like I’m putting in so much water in my mouth. I can finally drink over 2 litres of water a day with ease”

“Absolutely fab after buying a coffee cup for my husband I then brought one for my friend after my husband was raving how good it was and how long it kept his coffee hot for. My friend since has said it’s the best coffee cup she’s ever had and wouldn’t have any other brand now. I will be buying one for myself and will be recommending”

“A very good quality water bottle with a beautiful design. It doesn’t leak like other straw water bottles I’ve had in the past. Fits a large amount of water in but still fits in most of bags and is easily carried around!”
