“I have had a hydrate m8 bottle for years now, devastatingly I lost mine a while ago and actually couldn’t live without it so ordered another 🙈🤣 I would never use another now and even feel like water somehow tastes better in this bottle...love my new pink colour too😍”

“The bottle is good however quite pricey for what you get and the quality. Both of the bottles I bought, the lid is already damaged and doesn’t flip up with the button. I have to lift the lid manually. But other than that, it does the job.”

“I love your products and have 3 all in baby pink, the flasks keep my food warm enough to eat for around 7hrs. However, i was really disappointed not to be able to get onto the website and buy more products as these would make wonderful xmas presents.”

“I’m drinking lots more water with the HydrateM8, I love the cute design and the time on the back of the bottle. My only feedback would be that I wish the straw spout was wider, it feels quite small.”

“Coffee mugs were ordered at 12.16, I expected a delay as I was getting them personalised. Less than 2 hours later I received an email to say that they were being posted and they arrived shortly after. All in all less than 48 hours from ordering to delivery. Super impressed and happy children as they can both go to work with hot coffee x”

“I bought this bottle for my young son to take to school to encourage the fluid intake. He loved see the time on the bottle. However after cleaning it. I can smell the plastic. I’m hoping this will disappear.”

Thank you for your feedback - We advise hand washing our bottles only in warm soapy water; rinsing thoroughly and allowing all components to fully air dry. The Original Hydration Tracker lids can be taken apart to ensure all areas are cleaned and you can even use a thin brush to clean within the straw/spout. For a deeper cleanse you can use bicarbonate of Soda or a sterilising solution/tablet.
