“Good product but postage is too expensive. It really put me off. I only bought it because you had a BOGOF offer running. Otherwise it would have been too expensive for a bottle.”

We're pleased to hear you're happy with your product, Kelly. We only offer the one delivery option. This is an express service of 1-2 working days (the majority being delivered on the next working day. You should also receive detailed tracking, a 1 hour delivery window and the ability to change your delivery address/date. I will pass your feedback on to our team.

“Bought 3 bottles and 2 of them ended up tasting nasty so returned them. Only got money back for one of them as I had the other one just a week over the year and it's a year warranty you get.”

Thank you for your review. Our warranty period is 1 year and unfortunately, if it's outside this we are unable to refund but will always try our best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, as the other bottle returned was 3 months outside of the 1 year warranty meaning we do not have the facilities to be able to refund this.

“Absolutely adrore everything I've ever bought from HydrateM8. Great gifts too! I'm cabin crew so staying hydrated on a long haul flight is so so so important. And we get busy at times, so my tracker enables me to keep healthly on board!”
