“Not the best vacuum bottle - chillys definitely stay colder longer and are a nicer finish but it is a very good product.”

Thanks for your review. Our thermal bottles are made from 0.5mm thickness compared to the majority of our competitors being 0.4mm. If your bottle is not keeping hot or cold for the recommended amount of time, it seems this may be faulty so please contact our team on enquiries@hydratem8.co.uk so they can get this sorted for you.

“So helpful to get me to drink more water. The bottles are durable and don’t leak like other bottles over time and the cleaning brush is so useful. Definitely would buy again”

“The products are great and are delivered promptly. They lose a star because the product range is so variable and sometimes there are no products for kids or coffee cups at all, the straws split easily, the minimum order value is high and the sale discounts aren't great on the food pots. It would be nice to be able to buy replacement straws.”

“The small food flask was not useful. In fact I have only used it twice. Hot food causes the lid to fasten tightly and I need to use an elastic band around the lid to unlock it. Totally disappointed with this product and would not order again or recommend it. However the thermos type water bottles have been fantastic. They do exactly as promised - keep the hot drinks very hot and cold drinks cold for the number of hours stipulated. I would recommend this product.”

“I think these bottles are fantastic. The times down the side get me to drink my two litres every day and now most people in my office also have them. At weekends I really notice not having my bottle with me.”

“Love the water bottles because they remind you to drink water! Have brought most of my family members these as well! The integrated straw also makes it easier to drink water compared to trying to get through the recommended daily amount via a normal bottle! Great purchase!”
