“Excellent delivery of a super product - I’ve had one for a while, this second one was for my teen daughter who feared she wasn’t hydrated enough in her busy school day...we have regular ‘where are you up to?’ texts / emails which now helps us both!”

“I now have 3 tracker bottles. I love them!! My mum adopted one whilst in hospital, she found it easy to drink out of whilst being laid down and also helpful to keep track of how much she’d had! I use mine daily for work, gym, shopping, everything! Super sturdy, easy to clean and nice to look at. I get compliments all the time.”

“I have brought these bottles for last 3 years. So durable, love the colour range and the value of them no other water bottle on the market compares to these. I was blown away how quick it was delivered! Will always use these water bottles, and the little add-ones like the bottle cleaner and pee chart is fantastic!!!!”

“Bought a water bottle back in 2018 and absolutely love the product! Recent had an issue with losing the rubber plug in the lid by the straw. Great customer service team sorted the issue and sent me a couple of spare seals so the bottle no longer leaks. Would recommend to anyone!”

“I like it but I am disappointed in the spring on the lid. Also not dishwasher proof which I knew before purchasing but all the same in today’s world. It’s kind of expected. Edit. The company contacted me. Arranged immediate replacement no quibble of the lid. Excellent service!!! I have lots of the products and with service like this I will continue to buy”

Hi there, Sorry to hear you're having problems with your lid. Please could you email our team on enquiries@hydratem8.com and they will be able to look into this for you? We are constantly looking into ways to improve our trackers however, we have found that putting them in the dishwasher can affect the print on the bottles. We are will certainly pass your feedback on to the team and we aim to continue the investigation into improving this.
