“My 40oz traveler handle broke within less than 3 months. They were kind to send me a replacement. Hopefully it was just a bad luck experience and not indicative of the quality.”
“I’m so disappointed in my hydrojug. The lid was SO hard to get off! Enough so that it started peeling because I had to grip it so tight. Then the handle completely broke off. I only had it for 3 months. Customer service was not helpful at all because I threw the jug away after taking these pictures and am unable to mark it with an “X”. Will not be purchasing again!”

“I left a review earlier about my issues with the bottle not keeping the water as cold as my previous Hydroflask and the bottle leaking. The company responded but only addressed the water temperature and made no comment about the leaking. I see it continually advertised that this bottle is leak proof but I followed instructions and had the straw closed completely but the bottle still leaked all over me. Now, my issue is that the straw is impossible to completely clean. I’ve tried to remove it and so has my boyfriend to clean in the nooks and crannies but it won’t budge at all, leaving parts of the straw dirty even after washing. I’ve only had this bottle for about a month and I’m throwing it away at this point. Very disappointed and will be returning to my Hydroflask.”
“I ordered the Camo because that style was really cute. I didn't have to wait long to get it on the mail but when I got the 40oz traveler the top was defective. It was open and wouldn't close. This is the second cup is ordered from them and the first one never came. Now the Camo wasn't closing. I contacted hydrojug and the cup was sold out. I don't like how things are limited because if there is something wrong with the item we can't get a replacement cup. I'm disappointed with this company.”

“Myself (and my three children against my wishes)use and have used this cup every day for months. My one and only complaint is the lid sticking so the point of destroying the outer appearance of the silicone grip trying to remove it. It’s not a big enough issue that I don’t use the cup or would choose another brand. It has effortlessly withstood drops and many knock-overs with no damage to the cup. Cupholder friendly, yet I’m not afraid to toss in the seat when I’m in a rush— truly leakproof. I have recently ordered another as well as the new sport cup. I started using HydroJug when the first plastic ones launched. I love their products and am happy to support.”
