I've had 2 hydrojugs now and have loved them. Unfortunately, my second one had the handle completely fall off as I was loosening the lid. I submitted to customer service and after 3 weeks and a nudge email, I still hadn't heard anything so I submitted a 2 star review explaining the situation and the disappointment at the lack of response. Within the day, I heard back from them and everything is on track to be resolved. Hate to suggest that you need to be a respectful squeaky wheel if needed, but I'm also glad to report that they did actually respond and are willing to send a replacement. Thank you Hydrojug! Looks like I'll still be using my favorite waterbottle, thankfully!

Really upset with the level of quality this cup for CHILDREN provides. The pins that hold the handles in place easily fall out and my toddler is always finding them and bringing them to be. Definitely a choking hazard.

I love the cups! I got a 40oz traveler for myself and a 20oz for my toddler. They are colorful sturdy. Very pleased!

I adore my cups; they're leakproof, although the lids can be difficult to remove. I actually broke one trying to open it, but they kindly replaced it. Similarly, when the handle of another broke (also from removing the lid), they replaced that one as well. They are incredibly kind, and the cups are fantastic; I use them at the gym constantly. Only reason its not a 5 star is because of the difficulty of taking the lid off at times

I really am becoming a Hydro Jug gurlllll. I just placed my 3rd order! Love it here!! I just am patiently waiting for the new lids to come in the 32oz and the new colors.

I bought 4 hydro jugs, 2 of them work great, two leak. The leak somewhere from the straw piece. I threw it into my bag and had water every where. When I tried to tip upside down it leaks at the straw. Also when drinking it leaks down the side if the cup. I specifically went with Hydrojug because I wanted to be able to throw in my bags and no worry about spilling.

My 40oz traveler handle broke within less than 3 months. They were kind to send me a replacement. Hopefully it was just a bad luck experience and not indicative of the quality.

I’m so disappointed in my hydrojug. The lid was SO hard to get off! Enough so that it started peeling because I had to grip it so tight. Then the handle completely broke off. I only had it for 3 months. Customer service was not helpful at all because I threw the jug away after taking these pictures and am unable to mark it with an “X”. Will not be purchasing again!

I had reviewed previously about the lid getting moldy and not being able to clean. The company reached out and sent me a new lid that is a new design. The new lid comes apart and willl be easy to clean. Thank you hydrojug for updating the lid and for great customer service!

I am very happy with my travel hydrojug. Although I was pretty disappointed that my travel hydrojug lid started to show signs of mold in a spot I couldn’t clean. Laura with Hydrojug responded quickly and placed an order for a replacement lid.

My hydrojug got stolen when it got delivered and they left it out in the front porch and no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is horrible there is no one I can contact to help me. The chat doesn’t help the person take days to reply back. I just want my money back at this point cause it been about two weeks.

I love my cup. I got a cream color Traveler for Christmas. My boyfriend has one as well. I definitely recommend. The customer service rep, Laura, helped me with replacing my lid. She was amazing. Thank you!

I left a review earlier about my issues with the bottle not keeping the water as cold as my previous Hydroflask and the bottle leaking. The company responded but only addressed the water temperature and made no comment about the leaking. I see it continually advertised that this bottle is leak proof but I followed instructions and had the straw closed completely but the bottle still leaked all over me. Now, my issue is that the straw is impossible to completely clean. I’ve tried to remove it and so has my boyfriend to clean in the nooks and crannies but it won’t budge at all, leaving parts of the straw dirty even after washing. I’ve only had this bottle for about a month and I’m throwing it away at this point. Very disappointed and will be returning to my Hydroflask.

Thank you for responding quickly and offering to replace the lid. Hopefully improvements can be made to the lid so it can be cleaned more throughly.

I ordered the Camo because that style was really cute. I didn't have to wait long to get it on the mail but when I got the 40oz traveler the top was defective. It was open and wouldn't close. This is the second cup is ordered from them and the first one never came. Now the Camo wasn't closing. I contacted hydrojug and the cup was sold out. I don't like how things are limited because if there is something wrong with the item we can't get a replacement cup. I'm disappointed with this company.
