I've contacted customer service twice and got no response. My product also shipped after the date on the website that said "this color will ship by 1/15/24.

If you order a pre-order item beware the other items in your order do not come until that preorder date. I was unaware of this. By the time my preorder was ready to ship, it was past Christmas and my other items became out of stock. It took over two months to ship and customer service was not helpful.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Yes if you have preorder items your order will ship by the last pre order date. We won't have as frequent pre orders as well anymore they will rather be ready for purchase.

I wouldn’t know. 20 days since I ordered it. It has yet to arrive. Customer service only responds with fake, rehearsed feedback.

I ordered 2 of the traveler mugs. Only one came. I emailed the company (because they don’t have a customer service phone line which is bizarre). It has been 4 days now and I still haven’t heard back from them. So frustrating! Terrible customer service!

I haven’t had the chance to use it yet. It came with a big dent in the side so I’ve been waiting to hear back from hydrojug to know what to do.

Customer service was terrible- when I reached out. My shipment came and my straw is broken on the outside of my cup and weren’t willing to help.

I bought 2 tumblers back in November but only got one. The other was refunded 2 months later the only reason I got was they over sold the tumbler. I doubt I'll be ordering from them again.

Shipping took forever - ordered in November and now it’s January - still nothing. The one color I wanted was removed from my cart after 2 months of waiting. I don’t even want the rest at this point….still haven’t received anything but was definitely charged.

I’m not sure why I’m able to write a review yet since I haven’t even my order yet, which I placed 16 days ago. So just due to that frustration, I will probably not be ordering from HydroJug again. But if I ever receive my order, I would be glad to change my review.

I ordered 3 jugs for black Friday. I was never told the jugs would ship out once the pre-ordered jug shipped. Okay so after I was advised of that, one of my jug orders was cancelled. The hot pink one, the one I really wanted. No follow-up as to why it was cancelled. I had one of the first orders and I feel like others gor their hot pink jug, but I did not. Extremely disappointed with hydrojug. My jugs were delivered January 23,2024 after being ordered on Nove 27, 2023.
