“I've contacted customer service twice and got no response. My product also shipped after the date on the website that said "this color will ship by 1/15/24.”
“3 stars because their customer service is not great. Otherwise, the cup is fine. No response to emails, no phone number to speak to a live person. Finally made a couple comments on social media and received a generic reply that was not helpful. After complaining, receive email of order being prepared to ship. It was obviously because of the negative comment from myself and many others.”
“I used to love my Stanley until I got my hydrojug! I can put it in any of my bags, cup holders, strollers without it spilling! The kids can even drink out of it without spilling! They are amazing!”
“If you order a pre-order item beware the other items in your order do not come until that preorder date. I was unaware of this. By the time my preorder was ready to ship, it was past Christmas and my other items became out of stock. It took over two months to ship and customer service was not helpful.”

Thanks for your feedback. Yes if you have preorder items your order will ship by the last pre order date. We won't have as frequent pre orders as well anymore they will rather be ready for purchase.

“I’m so obsessed with my new Traveler. I ordered the Neon Pink for Black Friday and just had to get the Lilac on the birthday sale. I even got one for my Mom and sister in law so they could join in on the obsession too. Shipping was definitely a lot longer this time but I understand demand is a lot higher during sales and our area was facing a lot of snow so I’m sure that played a part.
