“I think I been with my hydro for about 3 weeks … and it seals shut. The lid is rubber and is stained from me trying to open it and it’s forming little rubber balls on the lid from trying to open it every time it does seal shut. It also has dents inside ? The only pro is that it’s not leaking and I like the straw option. Although the straw sometimes detaches… Idkk for the price I wouldn’t purchase it again just because of these reasons. It’s cute tho ! lol”
“I bought two of these 40oz jugs and I want to give a 5 star review BUT shipping and communication is horrible AND the cream colored jug…something isn’t right about it because it screws on so tightly it is IMPOSSIBLE to reopen and is causing pain in my wrist making it unusable. I wish someone would get back to me to rectify the situation and replace the one o have.”

“Placed my order on Jan 9th during the promotional sale and my card was charged - expected 10 -14 days until my items were recieved, it is now Feb 9th and I still have no items and the tracking number given by customer support shows invalid since Jan 27th.”

“Had an absolutely awful customer service experience. I tried contacting the company through email, instagram, and phone. Took almost a week to get back. Phone wouldn’t go through. Once I did get through to someone they were extremely short, rude, and useless. Product is fine, nothing special. Would not recommend this brand and will not be buying again.”

“I would give it a Zero if I could. I NEVER received my hydrojug. I received a notification that I was delivered but I never got it. I have been fighting to get a refund because my package never showed up but no one is doing a single thing about it and refuses to refund me.”
