“I love my hydrojug. The only thing I don't like is when I out ice in my cup and try to twist the lid on, the straw falls off alot bc it gets hung in the ice and falls off. Very irritating.”

“I find that the lid can be difficult to get off, and the handle is subject to 'loosening' while trying to take the lid off. I was super excited to get this mug, but find that I am opting to use my stanley because I don't want the handle to break off on my hydro jug. Super sad about it :(”
“I love my two 40 oz hydro jugs that I ordered, it said it came with free gift.. ( who doesn’t want a FREE gift!). I received my jugs 3 weeks later and was charged for my FREE gift. I have written Hydro Jug a message to see if they can correct this situation, but again, going on week one, still no answer.”

My package came in yesterday, and I was disappointed to only receive 1 traveler, in black. I already have a black one, I contacted customer service and I am awaiting a reply. Thanks!”
“The Traveler is everything everyone has claimed it to be and more. I actually give the product a 5 star rating. The reason for my 3 star rating is the customer service I experienced while waiting for said product. The person I emailed with was not friendly and never even acknowledged or apologized for the way they approached the situation. If you can't handle the number of orders or the customer inquiries that come with it then perhaps you should spend less time/money on advertising and invest that into other areas of the company. Would I recommend this product? 100 percent yes. Would I recommend this company? Not without reservations.”
“While they may have a few great products, the shipping and communication is not great. It took almost three weeks to receive my order. My emails were not responded to. I was only responded to when I finally messaged on instagram”
“So I have one other hydrojug that I would rate 5/5 stars because it works beautifully, doesn't leak and is easy to screw the cap on and off. However, the one I just received, the cap doesn't fit as nicely, so it is very difficult to screw it on and if I don't have it on just right, it leaks. Kind of a bummer. I am hoping that this isn't a common problem.”
“The product is quality the delivery not so much. I waited 16 days for it to even ship. And then an additional 7 to get to me. I don’t mine the 5-7 days of shipping but why wait so long to fulfill the order. They also gave me a hydro sleeve does not even fit my type of water bottle”

To be honest, I really thought they forgot my order. When I ordered, I received my confirmation email immediately. However, 2 weeks later no jugs or even a shipping notification. I emailed requesting the status and the next day I received an shipped email and still to a week to get in.”
“Shopping took forever. Customer service is extremely slow. I got a “free gift” of straws that aren’t even for the water bottle I purchased. The stainless steel tumbler I bought doesn’t even come with 1 single spare straw.”
