“Just received this beauty… So far I’m in love! Quality is great and I love that the straw tucks away and does not leak, at all. This may just replace my Stanley 🤯 My only complaint… the product stated it was in stock, and I was not aware of any delays, however shipping took quite some time (almost 3 weeks).”
“Love that it does not leak! I’m always running out of cup holders and end up spilling water everywhere. This tumbler is perfect! Love the design and feel of the over all product.”
“Still haven’t received it. Order on 1/09 and is now 1/27. I have been so excited to try their new cup and haven’t had issues in the past but almost a month for a cup is a little ridiculous.”
“Ordered on the 12th. Says “shipped” the 23rd way past the ten day mark. It’s now the 27th still haven’t received anything. I won’t be buying anything ever again.”
“I LOVE this cup! Spill proof when closed and such a beautiful color. It did take forever to come and customer service didn't respond to any of my emails until after it arrived. Cup itself 5 stars”
“My lid to my traveler tumbler kept squirting water out everytime I closed the lid so I talked with customer service and they sent me a replacement and I’m in LOVE with it now!!! The best cup. Love that the straw folds down.”
“I love Hydro Jug! It is the only waterbottle that helps me get my hydration needs. I debated and debated and bought cheaper bottles that have broke or were just too small or awkward. Ive contributed to landfills with too many disposable watewr bottles. The handles on the plastic jugs are nice, the only issues is they only keep ice about 1/2 a day. But for a run or a quick trip they are great and cheaper than the metal jugs. HOWEVER, the metal jugs will keep ice for just about 2 days! I love it. Stop buying cheap and just give in, they will last you forever. It's good for your health and good for the planet!”
“Love my jug! Keeps ice all day. It’s stylish, light weight. Only thing that kept it from a 5 star was the straw insert inside the jug comes loose from the connection. I have to take the top off and reconnect the straw few times throughout the day .”
