“Horrible. Took 3 weeks to ship when it says on website 3-5 business days. Was hard to get a hold of someone and when I did they didn’t answer my questions. Finally says shipped a week ago and no update on shipping in 5 days. No response from hydrojug. Very disappointed.”

“One star for now, I haven't even received my new Hydrojug and I ordered it Jan 10th. Very little updates, it's now been shipped and no delivery date has been set. I'm able to loosely track it and yesterday it made it to my state, now it says it's 2 states away. I'm not happy so far.”

I tried emailing and it said response within 4 days never heard back and I tried calling and no response there either. Them they just shipped them after two weeks.”
“This entire process has been beyond frustrating. I ordered a hydro jug for my daughters birthday on January 9. I still have not received my order. I have went to cancel my order, and you do not have the option to do so on your account. I reached out to customer service and they responded with “please allow 5-10 business days to ship because of our birthday sale”. My daughters birthday has passed and it’s now Jan 30th, an I still don’t have her hydrojug. Honestly, It would be hard for me to order from here again.”
