“My first hydro jug was the big one that came with a cover. It was great, except it did leak if it was knocked over. I ordered the traveller on the 29th, and I’m excited to try it. However it hasn’t even reached ups yet so I have no estimated delivery date. And recent comments on your instagram have me worried it will take longer than the “5-10” business days allotted to get it sent out.”

“Ordered January 18th and as of today the order has been sitting in Utah since January 26th, it’s now February 3rd. I know it said 10 business days but we are beyond that. I didn’t expect it to take this long with no anticipated delivery date. I gave 2 stars because I’ve ordered before without issue but this is excessive.”
“It’s a great water bottle and keeps drinks very cold. But I have plenty of water bottles that do the extract same thing, the main reason I got this one was they advertised it is leak proof, unfortunately that is not true when tipped upside down the straw area leaks pretty good. I put it in my gym bag and my clothes were wet when I went to put them on and half of my water was gone.”
