“I bought the 40oz and the larger, plastic one. The larger plastic one doesn't snap close and the sleeve fits over it to where if you're going to drink out of it while the jug is in the sleeve you have to hold it another way and not from the handle....but the 40oz are nice”
“Giving this 3/5 stars. My pink keeps the ice frozen and water cold which is great. My white one keeps my ice frozen for less than an hour and then it melts. I’m not sure why there’s a difference in the colors but my pink is great.”
“I was using my new Hydro Jug for about two weeks, and I loved the clear lid and the fact that it didn't leak. However, it fell from my car to the ground - so maybe 2-3 feet - and now has a dent in it. Kind of a bummer that these are $50 cups and can damage so easily.”

my only complaint is that if you leave water in it overnight, for example, the next day it tastes very metallic-y. tried reaching out to the company but there was no resolution, unfortunately. Disappointed that there is that metal taste in my water after it being in there for longer periods of time. i don't tend to reach for it as much because of that, but i do love the product! But i probably would not purchase another one just for that reason.”

“I am honestly not happy with the service I have received. Every time I have ordered anything or needed a replacement, my items have severely delayed or missing. Sadly I am still experiencing this issue. So I will not be ordering anything more in the future.”
“First, I was very disappointed to find these took way too long to get to me, and further finding out they were made in China. I bought on a recommend that these were made right here in Ogden Utah and wanted to support. On top of that, when I received my products, the large cup was very poorly constructed, the handle does not meet the cup, there is a space in it. Overall, I am not very pleased with the product, for that price, there should not be any defects. I know what it costs to make things in China and these are clearly way overpriced and poorly manufactured.”

“Fairly good product. I like the cup, but the straw broke in half after one day of use. It was covered under their warranty, and is replaced. However, it has been over two weeks and the replacement isn’t here. So expect long shipping time for your order and any replacements.”
“The cup just alright. Hydroflask makes a better product for cheaper, the key differentiator is a 40oz Hydroflask doesn't fit in a cupholder.
I ordered a 40 oz cup and a $10 "mystery item"... the mystery item was for the 64 oz jug (which I don't own and probably never will). I can't help but feel like I was screwed out of $10.
The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Packing a $40 cup in a generic brown 'made in China' box is a weird and lazy flex; something that I wouldn't even notice or comment on, except the cup was a gift and the recipient was a bit perplexed.”
“I love my hydro travel and my daughter loves her stainless steel jug. The only issues I have is shipping is very slow and I needed to return two sleeves but they don’t have any in stock and now I’m out of my return window. Customer support is a little slow to respond as well.”
