“Purchased two lipsticks and the colors are too muted. I only tried Pink Whisper and didn't love how the texture emphasized the lines in my lips. I contacted Hynt to see how I could return the other unused lipstick and never heard back. Disappointed in the product and poor service.”

“The product applies very thick and cakes on the lashes. Mascara would also smudge very easily.”

The additional bill was from your government collecting customs fees due to international shipping request from you. Hynt Beauty never sends out additional requests for payment. Your comment is quite false and inaccurate.

“emailed customer support twice already. need to return as one product shipped was the wrong color and the other one broken. still looking to hear back from them”

“Item said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I wanted a couple of days before contacting you and ensure it didn’t get delivered late. When I contacted the customer service rep said that I need to contact USPS and when I requested a new product be sent out when I hadn’t received it in 5 days they ignored me and never write back it checked to ensure I received the product. Horrible customer service. I have been shopping with you guys for years through organic bunny, Amazon, and you directly and will no longer be buying your products after this experience.”
