“I thought I was happy enough with my previous mattress, but since upgrading to hypnia I've realised I had no idea. So often when my partner and I lie down to bed we exclaim how comfy it is, even after all this time! Even through pregnancy it's just perfect.”

“After a considerable wait because of the pandemic we now have complete luxury in the form of an Hypnia mattress. It did have a smell when we used it at first but it disappeared within a few days. My husband and myself are having the best sleep we have had in years and wake up refreshed every morning. I can't say enough how pleased we are to have chosen this mattress especially at the low price. I sincerely would recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a good comfy sleep. Congratulations HYPNIA you have a brilliant product there.”

“Hi I purchased the matrass and was at first very please but when I was changing the bed sheets I noticed that the stiches had come apart on one side and it has lost its firmness on the side that I sleep I am 12 stone so not overly heavy, it's a shame as I was at first please but did not last long a few months”

“I have the super king size mattress, it is now starting to do the same as my old mattress by forming dents where we sleep and have a hill in the middle where no one sleeps a bit disappointed in this other wise comfy mattress.”

“The mattress is very good, exactly what I was after, but the customer service, delivery time, and communication were all abysmal. It took months for me to receive the mattress, and I was given false information every time I chased for an update - and it was chasing, because none of my emails were ever answered, and if I left a voicemail on the phone I never got a call back. It was only if I caught the one person in the office that I ever actually communicated with anyone, and even then I was lied to repeatedly about the readiness of my order. When I threatened to get a refund via Paypal the mattress finally shipped, but when it arrived it was just a block of foam with nothing to indicate this was a Hypnia mattress. Again, after several chase calls, I was promised a cover would be shipped, which after more chasing finally arrived. I am happy with the product, but you can get the same quality elsewhere, and I'd rather have paid more to another company than gone through all the stress and hassle I did with this one.”

“I find this mattress very comfortable, my wife does not. Try out a mattress before you buy! It’s very hard to find a bottom sheet that don’t flick off as soon as you move.”

“Ordered 2 mattresses both the same, one was delivered late but was what we expected and my son seems to like it.. The other one arrived which was of totally different quality to the first..it has been sent back and I am awaiting a refund! I will review again to confirm I have received the refund...”

This year has been a real challenge with several supply issues. Due to one of these, we gave a free upgrade to allow her son to have his mattress and We gave 4 pillows for goodwill due to the delay. We were also in the process of replacing the other mattress when Amanda decided she wanted a refund instead and this was duly processed mid-November after the collection had been done.

“1 to pick up the phone and speak to someone who really cares. 2 the 1st bed was to hard for me so I was offered a softer one. Which I have slept on and it's amazing. 3 the patience of this man, in these times has been amazing. I have tried 4 reputable companies before Hypnia, I have been trying to buy the right mattress for me since February. No one else has the customer service that Hypnia have. I will recommend them to anyone. Blessings that you.”

“I ordered my mattress in July, and only received it the last week in September, after much chasing and threatening to get a refund through Paypal. Throughout the over two month wait, I received just two form emails from Hypnia apologising for the delay, with no planned shipping dates. Any emails I sent went unanswered, so I must have called Hypnia more than ten times over the two months, and at first was told it would be two weeks, then told that it was one week away from being ready, and then told (twice!) that it would be shipping on the same day I called. Needless to say none of these promises materialised, and it took raising a refund request via Paypal to get my mattress shipped. When it did arrive, it looked nothing like the photo, and had no branding on it whatsoever. When I called about this, I was told there should have been a cover, and that would be shipped out by the end of the week. More than a week later I reopened the Paypal complaint, and lo and behold the cover arrived within a few days. I understand many companies have had trouble sourcing materials due to Covid, but the terrible customer service, the being lied to multiple times, and the constant uphill battle just to get an approximate delivery date, has ruined any faith I might have had in this company. I'm not entirely sure my mattress isn't just from anywhere, but now with a Hypnia cover that I myself had to put on top. Luckily, the solid foam mattress is indeed what I need for my back, so I have got what I needed in the end, but for the stress, frustration, and waste of time, I'd have been better going elsewhere.”

“Ordered latex hybrid mattress in August 2020, didn't recieve item until October 2020 extremely poor contact throughout. finally received the item, it does not match the description on the website, there is clear and evident dipping either side of the mattress. The mattress came with a stick from a company called AJ FOAM LTD. the mattress is made from 100% and there is NO pocket springs within it what so ever. contacted hypnia multiple times to rectify the situation and provide me with a refund. They are completly ignoring my requests, so please not responding to emails, when I call, just stating they will call back. Currently have a £480 mattress which is faulty and unusable. still having a to use my old mattress. completely and utterly disgusted In this company after having used them previously and had a great experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Shame leaving no stars for a review wasn’t an option. Service and lack of communication is pathetic. Been lied to by the very rude guy on the phone, after having to phone numerous times to try find out what was happening with my order. 6 emails and Facebook messages sent and yet to have a reply. Service is absolutely appalling and Seoul’s definitely recommend shopping else where!”
