“Not a 10 year guarantee as I have found out. It's actually a 5 year guarantee because each year after this period, the cover is reduced by 20% every year. So if your mattress is 8 years and 2 months old like my one, you are now in the ninth year of the guarantee and therefore you would have to pay 80% of the cost for a replacement despite Hypnia accepting my mattress had failed in its quality but only after I sent numerous photos as proof! Also be aware they operate under another company name "sleep tight memory foam" via eBay that hold stock despite Hypnia stating your mattress is made to order. I used to be a fan of Hypnia but when you scratch the surface .............. say no more, you decide !!!”

“Although very delayed, and with limited communication from Hypnia as to delivery progress, once the reason for the delay was explained and having spent a night on the topper, I can say it was worth the wait. Great item at a good price.”

“Having not received my mattress and unable to track it I got in touch to be told it was lost and they would make a new one and email me . A few days later not having heard anything I contacted Hypnia again to be told they couldn't fulfill my order . I asked for a refund because as a pensioner I could I'll afford to lose £479 . I was told they would email when it was sorted . Again no email or money . Now you are not even answering calls . Distraught and disappointed .”

“We bought the same one 12 years ago and it's been a pleasure to sleep on Iv got a crippling spine disease and with Hypnia i can get a nights sleep, Before the only place I could rest overnight was in a chair Yes they are brilliant”

“This is the 2nd hypnia mattress I've bought, the first lasting almost 10 years without fault. For the price these are hard to beat and with the guarantee in place and sleep trial I'm confident it will serve us well. The mattress arrived quickly and well packaged, it expanded fully within 12 hours and the odour which most memory foam mattresses have has almost disappeared after 3 days of use.”

“I bought the original 12 inch mattress I suffer from lower back pain takes a few nights to get used to feels very firm at first but now its fine, less aches and pains in morning i now realise how bad my old sprung mattress was, great price compared to others on market and delivery was only a few days my only negative is it did not come with any paperwork / invoice regarding guarantee etc but i would highly recommend the product”

Yes, that is right, we do not include any 'paperwork' with the delivery because it is all supplied online. So glad that you like the mattress!

“Having ordered a Premium Mattress from Hypnia it came really quickly. It took me a couple of nights to get used to our new mattress but from the third night I can honestly say i have slept really well and now wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I recommended it to our son and he has now bought the same one. You will not regret buying one of these mattress and their customer service is excellent also.”
