“I contacted Joey before Christmas about obtaining a tourist visa, he went through all the options with me and advised the best course of action. After having flown to Edinburugh for a quicker turn around, I recieced my visa within 3 days (despite snow!) and he also he reassured me about some other visa issues. Joey is the most knowledgeable person I've found around Chinese visas so far (including HR employees based in China), no amounts of googling or visa regulation research can replace his invaluable understanding of an extremely complicated process! I wish I had contacted him sooner!! Thank you, Joey!”

“It was such a pleasure to deal with i2visa at the end of a long visa application process, and I cannot praise their service highly enough. Just days before Christmas, I received the necessary documentation and had to apply for my work visa immediately so that I could travel to China early in January. Joey received my documents on the last working day before the holiday, and ensured that everything proceeded like clockwork using the 48-hour service. Joey kept me informed throughout and I was delighted to receive my visa exactly when expected. An excellent and very reasonably priced service. Highly recommended.”

“very clear download info about visa process. PDF with step-by-step process for application, with detailed instructions about what information needed for information and how to put the 'envelope' together for docs, photos, invitations, passports and old visa details. I liked the idea that the turnaround in Edinburgh was quicker that London, because the office was close to the consulate (the service was cheaper than going through the London embassy). My visas arrived within the advertised 5 days window (even over the Christmas period) 5 stars!!!!”

“This is the best service I can remember having from any company in any context. It was difficult to know how to choose an agent, or even whether to apply directly to the visa application service office. After reading the reviews for i2visa I contacted Joey to clarify something. He responded very quickly and was completely helpful, providing answers to my questions even before I had agreed to use i2visa. All communication was faster than expected. The photo service is a great idea, i2visa made actual prints and returned the extras to me. Joey also took the trouble to contact me with a question so I could make an informed choice about an aspect of my application. Finally, the cost of this service was remarkably competitive. I am a very happy customer, and I was highly impressed with i2visa's dedication to providing a highly efficient service.”

“I heard about i2visa via a blogpost on TEFL.org and they have saved my fiancé and I a huge amount of hassle! Joey answered so many questions before I sent my documents to him, and when I did everything was handled extremely quickly and professionally. “i2visa made getting our visa's for China very easy. Having sent our documents to them on the Monday, they confirmed they had received them the following day and kept us updated on progress. By the end of the week we had received our passports back complete with our visa. Excellent service.”

“I think my case was a complicated one which had many challenges and changes throughout but they were able to help with everything and get my full service and additional new passport finished and dispatched to me in a short timeline. I was also impressed and very happy with the personal service provided by Joey at all hours. Highly recommend this company if you are going through the same complicated visa situation as I was.”
