“The product itself is average at best but ok but as for delivery it’s shocking!!! It took over 2 months to receive the item I’d paid for. I will definitely not be buying anymore products.”

“You could improve customer satisfaction by ceasing trading. I paid for item in mid November and have got nothing back. It is a criminal act to steal money and I am taking the matter further”

“Item never arrived. Got the same response email from the company, word for word. Phone number on the website just rang out. Total scam, will never use this company again if they ever existed in the first place - also asked for a refund - never received that either. Absolute scam.”

“Ordered wireless headphones. Once received there is a lag between the sound transmitting and being received in the headphones. I raised this with the company who confirmed they had a new supplier and would send me a new set within6 weeks, this was 4 months ago and I still haven't received anything despite chasing numerous times.”

“Do not buy from this company. Ordered air pods and fast charger for my sons Christmas. Ordered in November. Just received fast charger on 5th January. Still not received the air pods. Terrible company. Asked for a refund. No reply!”

“I was very unhappy with time span it took t arrive 6 weeks in total unacceptable and was ordered for christmas gift which again it did not reach me in time and my son was minus a gift which he wanted I would not order again because of this reason and i emailed twice and got fobbed off with it been sent poor customer service ..... my advice order 6 months in advance”
