I’m not sure whether I’ve got faulty products as they don’t stay charged as advertised & sometimes only one works or goes from one to the other, bit disappointed as all reviews were good which persuaded me to purchase

Extremely poor service. Ordered expecting to be here between 2-4 days, 3 weeks later still not arrived. Emailed after the 1st week got a reply in week 3 saying they’ll arrive the next week. Would not recommend in the slightest

In the ordered this item on 23 April and still haven't received it so as of yet I cant review something I haven't received. I don't like the fact that there is no telephone number either.

Like the size and quite comfy in the ears, my only issue is they din't hold there charge for long

Horrendous customer service and delivery. Ordered almost a month ago and still not received. Can’t get in touch with them and they haven’t bothered to provide an explanation. Website and email said 2-4 days delivery. Joke of a company.

Headphones are not good at all. They don’t work properly and die quickly. One head phone is louder than the other. Did not come in appropriate packaging Royal Mail has to repack it! Not good AVOIDDDDDDD!!!!

This is my first pair of Airbuds and wasn't expecting to much from them as they were only £24 . Have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how fantastic they are . Ordering and delivery was quick and simple , as was charging and set up . I use them every day when I go for a brisk walk and they are super comfy and don't move about at all . The sound quality is perfectly fine and over all they are great value for money. I have used them for 6 hours so far and still plenty of battery life left . Very happy with this product and can recommend them to others.

The new ear phones have pretty average sound quality and sometimes cut out for a split second. If I touch them to push them into me ear a little bit more they either switch off or disconnect. The battery life is quite short and I am overall disappointed in them and find I hardly use them as my older earphones are so much better.

I am writing to say how disappointed I am with your service. I am resisting posting anything on your Facebook advert but if I don’t get a reply to this email I will have to. I ordered 2 Airbuds on your site which stated they would be delivered by the 24th April. I wouldn’t have ordered them if it hadn’t said that. I ordered 2, one for my sons birthday on the 24th April, one for my daughters on the 2nd May. I hadn’t heard anything about delivery before the 24th so I contacted you and was told they were on their way. One pair only arrived , a day late on the 25th. I contacted you about the other pair and was told it had been sent. It obviously hadn’t been sent as it still hasn’t arrived! I was told to reorder one but was given a voucher code so I wouldn’t be charged. I ordered them on the 26th April and finally received a confirmation on the 29th to say they were on their way. They still haven’t arrived. Basically I ordered 2 pairs for my children’s birthdays. One arrived a day late and one still hasn’t arrived and it’s my daughters birthday today. To make matters worse the pair that has arrived aren’t working. The left air bud isn’t working. We have tried everything recommended in the instructions numerous times and it still isn’t working.

Definitely not worst it! Customer care inexistant who ask you to wait over and over. 39.99 pounds wasted as I bought the Apple AirPods later on. Now the website is "403 Forbidden".
