“Fantastic, reliable service particularly during the lock down when I’ve needed to buy the perfect birthday gift. On both occasions the packages have been delivered for free locally and arrived on the specified day. Nothing is too much trouble - a jewellery item was out of stock and this was ordered directly from the maker to arrive on time! Many thanks for all of your help.”

“It is a pleasure to shop at Iapetus. They always have a wonderful selection of quality items and each time you shop there is something new. The owners and staff are a delight to deal with and if you have not shopped there then I can certainly recommend that you do. I don’t believe that you will be disappointed.”

“During this outbreak Of vivid I needed to buy my gift on line. Iapetus was most accommodating offering to exchange it should it not be right and very helpful with their on line chat to upgrade the delivery method although later than the order was put through to get it there on time during this period when deliveries can be erratic. I'd like to say a big thank you for such excellent customer service.”

“Great choice of cards, the images don’t do them full justice very happy with them, especially loved the laser cut ones. My order was dispatched quickly and fragile contents were well wrapped for the journey and arrived swiftly and safely.”
