“Fabulous friendly staff at the stores, very dog friendly which is a bonus. This was my first time shopping with them online and it was a success. A beautiful range of unusual gifts and cards along with plenty more.”

“As ever the parcel was beautifully packaged and everything arrived safely and promptly. Thank you! It always feels like a personal gift when the postman arrives. The items sold by this company are always special so you know the recipient will receive something unique or unusual.”

“The items are good however one item was unavailable, I replied to an e-mail about this suggesting alternatives but nothing additional arrived. I am unclear whether I will receive a refund, it did say they could refund the money for the unavailable item but I have not had an update about this.”

“I bought a ceramic hare for £99.99 as a Christmas present for my mother. It arrived mid December and I wrapped up the box rather than unpack the hare from the bubble wrap just to re-wrap it. When my mother unwrapped it we found that the hare’s foot was broken. When I contacted Iapetus I was told that it was outside the 14 day window for returning faulty goods (the letter sent with the product did not mention I only had 14 days otherwise I would have removed the packaging to check) They did not offer any compensation, not even a voucher to redeem against a future purchase. Very poor customer service.”

“Brilliant service. A Christmas gift I ordered online arrived broken despite careful packaging. When I rang the Worcester shop to let them know what had happened, they arranged for a replacement and delivered it, in person, to my home in Malvern to make sure it arrived in tact. I really appreciated it , thank you again.”

“First time I have shopped with Iapetus and everything was positive. Unfortunately although it showed the item in stock, one item was out of stock which I was informed about very quickly and a refund followed soon after. Delivery was very prompt. I had a couple of questions and the response was very quick and staff were very helpful. I would definitely reccommend Iapetus.”

“The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the things they sell but are never pushy and you feel that its ok to have a good long browse. There is always a good range of items to look at - some old favourites as well as new ranges whenever i go in. Whether Im shopping in Malvern or Worcester it is always my first port of call for birthday, wedding etc gifts.”
